We are looking for Bands to Play in Brighton.
I do know my ideals but with such a diverse range of music types around i am willing to take anything if it will work.
We have plans to stage larger bands, local bands and emerging nationwide touring bands signed or unsigned.
To pigeonhole the whole genre i'd say the MTV2 play list!! Hip-Hops big down here along with the drum and bass scene. The nights we stage with dj's for D&B are rammed. So a cross into live would be good.
Guitar bassed bands are really where we are aiming to go though. I'm personally enjoying the garage revival - strokes etc. I'd like to see us get on par with the concorde 2 down here in brighton and bring a great cross section of music to Brighton.
